Position Description
Perform and recommend process improvements.

Initiate and follow up CAR’s for Returned Goods

Initiate and maintain the Corrective Action System for Customers and Internal issues.

Works with Engineering to maintain ATP's to new revisions.

Maintain FAI (First Article Inspection).

Verify product compliance to predetermined specs and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data for feedback and improvements.

Works with Manager to establish and maintain a Quality System based on Lean principles and practices that meets or exceeds the requirements of ISO 9000, AS9100, ISO14001, TS-16949 and all other quality standards required to serve our target markets.

Generates the detailed inspection plans, PPAP and APQP documents, control plans, procedures, etc. needed to document the validation of product produced. Creates the plan for and leads the completion of capability studies, gage R & R’s, etc.
