Crossing Rivers Health is a comprehensive community health center which provides more than 100 services to the people who live throughout Southwest Wisconsin and Northeast Iowa. We pride ourselves on our patient-driven approach to high-quality medical care, emergency medical care, hospice care, community health and wellness education, and much more.

In July of 2014 Prairie du Chien Memorial changed its Doing Business As name to Crossing Rivers Health. We continue to be an independent community provider of health and wellness - under a new name. This name change signaled an important change in our organization’s growth, as we added two clinic locations in 2014 and a new medical center in June of 2015.

Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin is nestled in the Driftless region of the Midwest. We are surrounded by towering bluffs, rolling hills, picturesque ravines, and valleys. Recreational opportunities are endless including boating, fishing, camping, hunting, and snowmobiling.

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) has responsibility for overall operations of the facilities and related services, ensuring that staff delivers high quality, cost effective care, and services with a positive margin. The COO will promote the organization's position and image; reflective of CRH's mission, vision, and values. Responsible for efficient systems designed to meet the needs of patients, employees, providers, and the community. Responsible for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the day to day operations. Assures a continuous focus on high reliability. Ensures requirements of regulatory bodies are met.

Position Oversees: Clinic Operations, Clinic Providers, ED Providers, Inpatient Specialists, Outpatient Specialists/Services, IT, Rehabilitation, Facilities, and Environmental Services

Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) Required, Field of Study: Business or Healthcare related field
Master's Degree Preferred, Field of Study: MBA/MHA or equivalent

A minimum of five years of successful progressive healthcare/facility management experience. A demonstrable record of significant career progression.

Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications & Licenses:
Board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow (FACHE) Preferred
Lean Six Sigma Certification Preferred
